Yes, you can apply for the masters as well as for the UG programs too but the age limit for UG is 23 years maximum.
Currently the application for NIFT entrance exam is going on and you can apply till 3rd of January by paying the late fee if you failed to register by 28th of December.

Well, centers like Delhi, Kolkata, and Gandhinagar are having fees near about INR. 16 lacs for your course however other centers like Patna have less fees. Yes off course, you are eligible for this entrance exam, as you have cleared the +2 level examination in the 10+2 pattern of examination of any recognized Central/State Board of Secondary Examination.
23 years is an upper age limit. Feel for any of your further doubts.
