It is a nice course that you are going through
Well, you could do 2 things.
Just go for MBA in order to develop a business idea and hence, you can open a startup for your creative ideas.
Go for Masters of the course you are pursuing to gain more knowledge

Is the entrance exam same for both UG and PG? If not, can you tell me about the exam regarding MFM?

I don't know much about this exam. But let me clear you that UG and PG entrance exams are never same because they have different syllabuses. UG entrance exam will be having syllabus up to 10+2 and PG entrance exam will be having syllabus upto UG course and additional, if any, as per the institute.
