Yes, you can surely pursue fashion communication after completing 12th. but, for the same, you will have to appear for entrance tests conducted by different institutes.

There is no restrictions on the number of attempts for undergraduate programs. You can write the entrance as many times till you reach maximum eligibility age as per your category.
