Well, for Fashion Designing, Maths is not a necessary subject in class 11th & 12th. So, you can go with Commerce without maths or Humanities. Science is needed only if you plan to do BF.Tech.

Well for the written exam, practice maths and logical reasoning and try completing model test papers available online on time. For drawing, the more you practice different types of question the better it will be. And for situation test, practice using a variety of materials that are provided in situation text and 3D model making. Watch videos and research.

Hello Angel,
It's quite interesting to know the dream if computer science person to join course of fashion designing. You can appear for entrance test conducted by NIFT for different courses. different institutes have different cut-offs.

No, you just need to have pass class 12th board exams with a decent score, and also the NIFT entrance exam. You can check the eligibility details below:
For B. Design programme:
1) Candidates should have passed in 10+2 qualifying examination from a recognized state or national board of education
2) Candidates passed from public University/ School/ Board examination in India or Foreign countries must be recognized under Association of Indian Universities as per 10+2 pattern of education
3) Candidates must have studied a minimum of five main subjects under National Open School Examination
4) Candidates holding Diploma under 10+3
