No, you are not eligible to do BCA course abroad after completion of your 12th standard with Commerce stream from India. Only candidates who have passed 12th standard or an equivalent examination with Mathematics as one of the subject in the qualifying examination are eligible to pursue BCA course.

The first step for doing BE/B.Tech is applying and writing the TS EAMCET Entrance test. To qualify for the Test, you need to score a minimum of 40 marks out of 120. For applying in St. Xavier's College, Kolkata to do B.A. in Film, you must have 60% in aggregate and a minimum of 45% in each subject and you are selected on the basis of your basis marks obtained in 10+2 examination followed by interview.Usually, the cut-offs are near about 90-92%
