1 Year Certification course in food production will help you learn and train you about the preparation of various cuisines like Bakery, Continental, Europeian etc. The course is specialization course and is approved from Tourism and Hospitality Skill Council.
The Hotel School offers this course to you in its 3 campuses which are in Delhi, Haldwani and Pithoragarh.
After completing the course, The Hotel School provides job assistance to its students in good category hotels, some of the hotels are:
1. IBIS
2. Radisson
3. Westin
4. Lemon Tree
5. Crowne Plazza
6. Ramada and many more.

PLACEMENT REPORT (2016-2017)
A committee that works under our Institutes which works continuously for the placement and training (Industrial and Vocational training) of 1st year, 2nd year, 3rd year and Diploma in food production students.
Mr. Feroz Khan and Ms. Joyce Jambiakkim are the faculty assistant training and placement coordinators along with few final year and 1st year students, who were shortlisted as the students coordinator for placement and training respectively.
Below are few responsibilities of the coordinators:
1.Contacting the recruiters for interviews and create PR.
2.Acting as the middle person for the recruiters and stud
