Yes, you can do your second year of a BSc in Forensic Science in the Institute of Forensic Science, Mumbai if you completed your first year from another institute.

CN Ashwath Narayan, minister for higher education, said students will be provided the transfer through UUCMS (Unified University and College Management System) platform at the beginning of the academic year itself which is applicable for odd semesters (1, 3, 5 or 7).
