Forensic Science is a multidisciplinary subject that encompasses various fields such as Biology Physics Geology, Psychology, Social Science, etc. Forensic Scientists collect, preserve and analyse scientific evidence during the course of an investigation. The first step is to be established as a forensic expert is to opt for a Bachelors degree followed by a Masters degree in forensic Science. Some of these courses include B.Sc. Forensic Science, M.Sc. Forensic Science among other degrees. Forensic Science is a multidisciplinary subject as part of the course, one will have to study Chemistry, Physics Biology ballistics, engineering, anthropology, dactyloscopy, toxicology, pathology, cybercrimes etc. One can also pursue forensics as a career without having a B.Sc. Degree in the focused domain. While an option to obtain a Masters degree in forensic Science irrespective of their Bachelors.

You can pursue BSc and MSc Forensic Science courses without appearing for the NEET exam or Any other technical exam
As a forensic scientist you need to have very strong problem solving skills, writing skills, and thinking skills.
You just need the eligibility criteria of 50% in 12th exam for admission in B.Sc. Forensic Science.
The actual cut-offs for this course are not publicly disclosed

Institute of Forensic Science, Mumbai the admissions for the B.Sc. Forensic the process may be ended beacuse the third merit list was out on 17 july and process for that list ends on 30 july 2022. So, for B.Sc. If there is still any seat remains left then there may be chances of next merit list otherwise it is closed. You can get better knowledge by visiting the college and for M.Sc.
