Yes, you can go for any course in the airline industry, irrespective of the compartment in class 12th. As you have mentioned that in compartment exam, you have cleared the paper, then there's no point for anyone to stop you. There are various job profiles in ground and inflight for those who have passed class 12.
And a gentle suggestion for you, please work more on your English. Because it is going to play a very important role in getting you a job. Good luck.

Frankfinn should take your admission because you justify almost all the minimum requirements for becoming a cabin crew.
They are a grooming academy, and as per my knowledge they actually have no tie-ups with any airlines for recruitment.
They work as third party consultancy who connect you to the right people for interview.
In general Candidate Profile for Freshers for cabin crew is as under :
Age:Between 18 and 27 years
Minimum Height:Men - 170 cms and Women - 157 cms
Weight:In proportion to height
Educational Qualification:HSC (10 + 2). Candidates who are appearing for their HSC examinations can also apply

NIOS is both state and centrally recognised. If the course requires elligibility of 12th passes then you can apply. But you have specifically mentioned PG Diploma, PG Diploma is done after UG courses. So, you are currently not elligible for this course.
