Frankfurt School of Finance does not require a minimum GMAT or GRE score. However, students at the business school had an average GMAT score of 640. The school looks at all aspects of the application, so, candidates can apply even without test scores.

Frankfurt is also competitive and your GMAT score is extremely low. Don't know if any top business school will accept you. But you can email them and establish a network with them, as far as I know Frankfurt School of Finance and Management has regional representatives in India and they organize workshops, pre-requisite courses in some places in India. You can also check GISMA, EU Business School, ESMT, etc.
