Prepare yourself before majoring in computer engineering; it will be of great help. Set to work on these steps and areas of focus before entering computer engineering:
1. Mathematics: Focus on algebra, calculus, trigonometry, and discrete mathematics. This knowledge forms a base for understanding various aspects of computer engineering.

Shri Siddhi Vinayak Group of Institutions has a good placement record that until 2024 has placed 90% of the students and has offered more than 1000 offers. The highest package reported in the placement was as high as 10 LPA with the average of 5.40 LPA. Faculty recruiters were TCS, HCL, Tech mahindra, Infosys & Accenture. Sadly, I did not find data based on Future Institute of Engineering and Technology so I wouldn’t be able to directly compare the placement percentages.
