Both of the college is good as both have good placement in B.Tech. All you get to know is which one will be easy for your convenience and all the fee structure.

If u got option to choose VIPS it means that you have qualified the CLART exam, so u must go for it, as you will get more competition to gain the experience from there because of the best student among your environment.

I must prefer to choose CSE from Manav Rachna University because both MRU and GU are private and option CSE from private gives you high chance to get off placement which will be beneficial for you.
