Marketing has more variable pays and generally starts from 6-7 lakhs and grows to 14-15 lakhs in 3-4 years time. Finance students also have initial packages from 7-8 lakhs, HR varies from 5-8 lakhs. These values much depend on colleges and organizations coming to campus for recruitment.
