Yes, after your intermediate i.e. Class 12th, you can apply to the college for general category. Delhi University will display cutoff for each course college wise in its official website. The application will begin by June and cutoff would be out by July. Work hard secure good marks in your class 12

For PG courses, DU has an entrance exam. please read the prospectus of the course provided by the college for all details regarding admission procedure, fees eligibility, etc.
