Candidate securing rank in PGET are eligible for admission in M.Tech courses through counselling conducted by MAKAUT, WB. GATE- Candidates qualifying in GATE examination are also eligible to undergo two years postgraduate M.Tech.

Ambalika Institute of Management and Technology offers M.Tech in Automation and Robotics as well as CAD and CAM. Both the courses are 2-year PG level courses.
The minimum eligibility to secure a seat in M.Tech at AIMT is to have a score of at least 60% in graduation. Valid GATE scores are also accepted by the institute. A candidate scoring above 550 in the GATE exam has a high chance of getting accepted for M.Tech.

VIT Pune M.Tech Eligibility Criteria
Bachelor Degree in the relevant field of Engineering and Technology from All India Council for Technical Education/ Central/ State Government approved institutions/ equivalent, with at least 50% marks (At least 45% marks in case of candidates of Backward class categories and persons with disability belonging to Maharashtra State only)

A valid GATE score is mandatory requirement for M.Tech admission in NITs. So you need to qualify the GATE exam with high marks above 500 for admission here.

It is advisable to register with information related to the highest GATE Score. During registration, you will also provide valid GATE score details of remaining years between 2022 and 2024. You will register only once but registration details will include all other GATE scores of the last three years. Failing to do so will result in disqualification.
