Gate cutoff score for IIIT Vadodara DIU Campus admission 2025 for M.Tech in Artificial Intelligence was 505 in the first round and went down to a score of 415 during the last round, for the General Category AI quota. For the OBC category All India quota, the cutoff score ranged from 448 to 360.  Students qualifying for the cutoff score have to sit for the CCMT counselling process for seat allocation to complete their admission process. Please keep in mind, different categories will have different cutoffs. Below is a table provided, sorted by categories for M.Tech in Artificial Intelligence, with the last round closing score. 

If you belong to the General AI category, the IIITM Gwalior GATE cutoff score 2025 ranged between 370 and 534 according to the last round cutoff. For students aiming for admission to this university, they would need to secure a rank of at least 370 or above.  The most competitive M.Tech specialisation was Integrated M.Tech. + Ph.D. in Computer Science and Engineering with 534 as the last round cutoff. On the other hand, the least competitive course proved to be M.Tech in IC Design and Technology, with 370 as the last round cutoff

Other categories, such as OBC AI or SC AI quota, etc., their qualifying cutoff will vary. As in, for the OBC AI quota, the last round's cutoff score was between 327 and 486, wherein the minimum score required for admission would be 327. This year, IIT Guwahati is conducting the GATE 2026 exam. The GATE 2018 was also conducted by IIT. Based on the structure of the previous year's GATE question paper, students can expect that the exam will be moderate to difficult level. The questions will be more concept-based and critical-thinking-based. However, the difficulty level of the exam also depends on the preparation level of the candidate. 

Also, experts have predicted that the competition is expected to rise in EC, CS, and EE streams, resulting in a heavy number of registrations and attempts to the exam, due to rising demand in the tech-driven careers. Candidates are advised to build a strong concept and practice mock tests and GATE PYQs frequently. 

Candidates must keep the following documents ready before applying for AICTE GATE scholarships/stipend -

• Scanned copy of the GATE/CEED scorecard
• The bank account should be active with the Aadhar card. It must be linked with the Aadhar card. 
• Only an Aadhar active Bank savings account will be considered since the PG scholarship is released through the Aadhar Bridge Payment Systems (ABPS) mode through Public Financial Management System (PFMS).
• No frill account, Jan Dhan account, Bank account having limits on transactions/credits and joint account are permitted.
• A scanned copy of the Aadhar card should be uploaded in JPEG or JPG format.
• A scanned copy of a valid category certificate for SC/ST/EWS/OBC and non-creamy layer (NCL) should be uploaded.  The latest (not beyond one year old) EWS and OBC & Non-Creamy Layer (NCL) certificate should be issued by the Competent Authority.
• Admission Letter from an AICTE-approved institution
• Institute ID Card
• Income Certificate (if required by the institute)
• Declaration Form stating you are not availing other scholarships
