Gate cutoff score for IIIT Vadodara DIU Campus admission 2025 for M.Tech in Artificial Intelligence was 505 in the first round and went down to a score of 415 during the last round, for the General Category AI quota. For the OBC category All India quota, the cutoff score ranged from 448 to 360.  Students qualifying for the cutoff score have to sit for the CCMT counselling process for seat allocation to complete their admission process. The IIITM Gwalior GATE cutoff 2025 last round cutoff score fell  between 370 and 534 for the General AI category students. Hence, the minimum score required was 370. Refer to the table below to know the minimum score needed by other categories.

If you belong to the General AI category, the IIITM Gwalior GATE cutoff score 2025 ranged between 370 and 534 according to the last round cutoff. For students aiming for admission to this university, they would need to secure a rank of at least 370 or above.  The most competitive M.Tech specialisation was Integrated M.Tech. + Ph.D. in Computer Science and Engineering with 534 as the last round cutoff. If your score is 400 in the GATE 2025 Exam and you belong to the SC AI Category, your chances of getting admission to IIITM Gwalior are favourable. The cutoff score ranged from 256 to 380. According to the IIITDM Kurnool GATE cutoff 2025, General AI category students need to have a score of 410 or above to secure a seat at this institute.
For students belonging to the OBC AI quota, the MTech in Computer Science and Engineering qualifying score was 364. Please note that there are different cutoff scores for different categories and rounds.

IIITDM Kurnool admission chances with 642 GATE score are fairly well. The GATE 2025 cutoff score, as per the last round, ranged from 350 to 413 across all M.Tech courses for students belonging to the General AI quota. To secure a seat at the University, students would need to secure a score of 413 or above. Please keep in mind that different categories and rounds will have different qualifying scores.

Yes, the GATE registration ID and enrollment ID are the same. It is a unique number assigned to the candidates after successfully registering for the GATE exam 2026. The enrollment ID serves as login credentials to check application status, download the admit card, check results, etc.

This year, IIT Guwahati is conducting the GATE 2026 exam. The GATE 2018 was also conducted by IIT. Based on the structure of the previous year's GATE question paper, students can expect that the exam will be moderate to difficult level. Candidates must keep the following documents ready before applying for AICTE GATE scholarships/stipend -

  • Scanned copy of the GATE/CEED scorecard
  • The bank account should be active with the Aadhar card. It must be linked with the Aadhar card. 
  • Only an Aadhar active Bank savings account will be considered since the PG scholarship is released through the Aadhar Bridge Payment Systems (ABPS) mode through Public Financial Management System (PFMS).
  • No frill account, Jan Dhan account, Bank account having limits on transactions/credits and joint account are permitted.
  • A scanned copy of the Aadhar card should be uploaded in JPEG or JPG f
