To be eligible for MBA admission at Gautam Buddha University, candidates must have completed Graduation/Post-graduation or passed the final examination in any discipline from a recognised university, with a minimum of 50% aggregate. Additionally, candidates must have a valid CAT/MAT/XAT/any other equivalent exam score. They must also possess the relevant documents to prove their eligibility for MBA admission.

Gautam Buddha University MBA fee includes various components, such as tuition fee, hostel fee, one-time fee, etc. Selected candidates may also be required to submit certain one-time fees at the time of admission. Because both the colleges are really average and GB university is a B grade school. If you want to pursue CA or something like that, then you can choose either one of them but shyam lal university will be cost effective.

If you want to pursue MBA, I'd suggest that you should reappear in cuet if you can score better the next time because in MBA your college also matters. 

Gautam Buddha University provides a 50% relaxation in tuition fees for SC/ST candidates, as per the norms set by the Uttar Pradesh government. This exemption applies to all newly enrolled students in the academic session 2023-24, including those pursuing an M.A. in English. Since you have scored 62% in your B.A. (Honours) in English from Delhi University, you would be eligible for this fee relaxation if you belong to the SC/ST category.

Yes, students of general category can get scholarship in Gautam Buddha University. Merit-based scholarships are available for students with high academic performance, who get relaxation in tuition fees up to 50% for those who score 80% and above in the 12th examination, UP state government scholarships are also available.
