Hi Chamarthy,
Yes, you can get admission in Gayatri College for B.Tech, but you will get branches other than computer science engineering in this college. I will suggest you to apply for IT, electronics engineering, electrical engineering, civil, mechanical, etc. in this college.

Yes, you can get private paying guest or hostels near GVP College for MBA. There are many PGs available. You can choose any one of them as per your convenience.

First notice that, there is no hostel facility for MBA, M.Sc, No dress code for B.Tech, M.Tech, B.Sc, M.Sc, MBA in Gayatri Vidya Parishad College.

Hi,
You cannot get computer science engineering with 109798 rank in JEE Mains, even after applying OBC category. Go for private colleges, you can get computer science easily there. Private colleges of West Bengal, Karnataka, Maharashtra, Gujrat, and Madhya Pradesh are best options for you.

It is not called buying a seat. You get the management quota seat by paying higher fees. You need to pay just double fees to get computer science engineering in Gayatri Vidya Parishad College of Engineering - B.Tech.
You can expect to pay a total fee of around INR. 8.5 lacs.
