There are many universities and college that offer these courses such as Panjab University, Delhi University, JNU etc. You need to go to their official website and find their eligibility criteria and dates of admission process. You could also apply in some private universities and colleges and even there are opportunities abroad where you can get specialisation in these subjects. You could find details on study abroad on Shiksha official website itself.

Yes, you are eligible for M.Sc. In genetics if you didn't have maths in your higher secondary education. The applicants should have a Bachelors degree under any registered University in respective subjects like Botany, Genetics, Biochemistry, Microbiology, Genetics, Biotechnology, Life Sciences, Molecular Biology and Biomedical Sciences in Science stream. Most institutes in India offering M.Sc. Genetics course admit candidates on the basis of their performance in a relevant entrance examination.
