It is not the matter that you are from which background. It matters that how much you are interested to do.
There is no technical issue, you can do easily.
Good luck.

The rankings of colleges is as follows:
1) K. J. Somaiya
2) GIM
3) TAPMI or BIMTECH
4) LBSIM
K. J. Somaiya and GIM are more or less equal in terms of placement. Thank you.

It is good that you have made a decision on the MBA specialization and your past experience is definitely going to help you in you the course. Best college in India accepting GMAT is ISB (Indian School of Business) Hyderabad, but you have to check the eligibility criteria in their website or drop a mail to them for your query. Symbiosis University also offers a MBA in Healthcare. NITEE or SIOM for Operations or Industrial Management.
I would suggest that you to appear for CAT, as well if you want to increase your options in India as all IIMs definitely are a very good for the management courses. I am also a Mechanical engineer pursu

Both the options which is available to you are way too different from each other it depends on which field you want to go. One is financial services from KJ and KJ is a big brand and another a trending course of big data from GIM. My suggestions is to select KJ but if your into no. Or statistics go for big data. Let me know if you need more information.

I would suggest you go for KJSIMSR for PGDM. Do generalized course so scope of getting placed is high and diverse. Big data is very trending, nowadays, but this course will become niche for u and job finding will be difficult.
