Can I get a call with 239 marks (96.63 %ile) in CMAT, 91.52 in X, 93.33 in XII, 79.6 in BE & 2 yrs. of exp.? When will its cut-off be out?

We can't say anything for certain till the cutoffs are declared. But seeing the past trends you seem to have a good chance. The cutoffs are likely to be declared after February 21.

You have very low chances. The CMAT cut-off for MBA in GIM will be around 96-97 percentile.
