Foreign Language: It has its own aura and fascination. It evokes awe. But for those into this, it's hard grind. Particularly the talking practice, listening practice are quite tough. 2. Mosai: Mosai is for Japanese language learning. I don't remember where it's located, you can browse Mosai website.
3. YMCA: Young Men's Christian Association (YMCA) also provides language learning courses in French, Spanish, Chinese, Japanese and German.
4. Balassi Institute: Oldest cultural center of Hungry in Asia. It offers Hungarian language course free of cost. It is located at Janpath, Hungarian Language Course.
5. Alliance Francaise: Paradise for French language learners. Alliance Franaise de Delhi is an Indo-French Cultural Centre which specializes in French language teaching, organizing and curating cultural events. It is located at Lodi Road.

After BA political science you can do MA in political science and appear for UGC NET exam for Assistant professor.
