Yes, you can pursue BA in Russian language and for that you need to clear an entrance exam conducted by the college and you must have scored 60% in 12th.

I would prefer offline classes because it can provide an aura, environment and a regularity to learn a new language while, on the other hand, online education cannot provide that because they did not promise such things. There are many institutes who promise to help you to learn any new language, but they cannot fulfil them because of many reasons like lack of resources, lack of well-trained mentors, etc. In short, they do not provide what they promise.
