After pursuing graduation like B.A in French or Spanish or German then you can get a job of translators in various companies which mostly deals in International business or has operations in different countries basically MNCs.

Otherwise, there are a lot of guides/reference books on the market that have previous question papers and sample papers.

If you want to learn foreign language then go for regular or weekend mode because through that only you can understand their culture, pronunciation and specially understand the framing of the sentence.
Every foreign language institute offers weekend mode of study if you have issue in regular mode.

Currently, you are running coaching classes, so instead of foreign language I suggest you M.Sc. in mathematics because it will help you more in coaching and you already have mathematics background. So, M.Sc. is advisable.
