GAT (Engineering PG): A competitive score in the GAT (Engineering PG) entrance exam.
AP PGECET, TS PGECET, TS ECET, CUET, or Andhra Pradesh ECET: A qualification in any of these entrance exams.
Other eligibility requirements for admission to the M.Tech. VLSI Design programme at GITAM University includes:
A minimum of 50% aggregate marks in the qualifying examination from a recognised university. A BE/BTech/AMIE degree in ECE/EEE/EIE/Instrumentation/CSE/IT or its equivalent.
