I felt that after GIBS shifted and upgraded to the new campus, the whole learning environment changed in a positive way. The classrooms became more interactive, the library became a proper study zone, and there are more spaces for discussions and group work now. Even the teaching feels more practical with case studies, activities, and corporate-style sessions happening regularly. The new campus gives a modern and serious business school vibe where workshops, talks, and placement-related sessions feel more professional. Overall, the facilities and setup make learning more real and connected to the industry, not just theory.

The updated infrastructure and services of the new campus increase its desirability as a learning center because of the following enhancements to learning, connectivity and events.

1. Modern Smart Classrooms.
The campus's classrooms are now larger, air-conditioned and equipped with a smart board and projector and other digital technology that enhance lectures by making them more interactive. This has improved student engagement and helps them learn more easily and efficiently than was possible in previous, less engaging classroom settings.

2. High-Speed, Campus-Wide Wi-Fi.
The campus now has reliable, high-speed Wi-Fi throughout the academ

GIBS School of Business operates under a disciplined and professional academic framework. As such, attendance, discipline and classroom participation are taken very seriously. Students are required to be present every week as classes consist largely of the students interacting with each other through discussion on case studies, presentations and real-life projects. All students must maintain a professional demeanor while on campus, including arriving on time, following correct etiquette in class and adhering to all academic policies. In addition to being supportive in nature, the disciplinary aspect allows for an open flow of ideas and

At GIBS, faculty don't keep classes just theoretical. They keep connecting topics to real corporate situations and then turn those into small projects, assignments, or case studies that we work on as teams. Many of our sessions are followed by guest talks where someone from the industry explains how the same concept works in actual companies, which makes it easier to understand and apply. Because of this format, classes feel more like exposure and training rather than just notes and PPTs. As a student, I personally like this method because it gives confidence for internships and placements and makes the subjects more practical and inte

Through initiatives like IRE Talks, AI Feast, and similar student-led industry initiatives sponsored by GIBS, students who may be shy and reserved start their journey toward becoming successful leaders through the development of confidence through an incremental, structured, and realistic exposure to the business world, creating their confidence and skills as individuals.

Instead of putting students in high-pressure situations as soon as they enter college, these types of events provide a comfortable and supportive environment in which students interact with leaders, company founders, and professors on a more informal but still meaningf

GIBS provides a supportive environment for introverted or non-marketing oriented students to develop their placement potential through a focus on personalized mentoring and emphasising strengths rather than a one-size-fits-all approach. Students will be assisted by the placement team and faculty in finding appropriate career paths in analytics, finance, human resources, operations, research, back-end consulting or corporate support functions where communication skills are crucial but aggressive sales techniques are not required. Mock interviews, aptitude training, resume development, domain-based skill development and one-to-one mentor

GIBS Fostering a Supportive Environment for Career Development

The GIBS Business School understands that the pressure of placement preparation can be overwhelming, and therefore provides a supportive environment through a comprehensive student-centred approach to career development and mental wellness.

  • Structured Placement Preparation

GIBS takes a strategic approach to the placement preparation process by distributing it throughout the entire academic year, as opposed to cramming everything into the end of the year. Through this process, students develop their self-confidence through the use of workshops, mock interviews, group discussion
