Students participate in an individual counselling with developmental assessments and assessments of personality from the start through mentoring programmes, enabling students to develop self-awareness of their strengths, preferences, and competencies for different career choices.

The Placement Team keeps you constantly updated on upcoming drives, participating companies and the profiles for the company's roles and gathers your feedback to improve the placement process. The student is notified in advance of the shortlisting and interviewing schedule; therefore, student has the necessary resources during the entire process from pre-placement to final offer negotiation. The placement process provides the structure, transparency, and sufficiency of the student will to enable and ultimately increase the student's opportunity to secure a good job.
