Abhishek, if you take admission through CAT MAT XAT IIFT etc. So the benefits you get is that you got a good and reputed college like IIM, FMS, and many more by which you got a good placement and by this your career growth is also good. While you take direct admission in any college but make sure that you can't take admission in Iims, FMS MIT, etc. , that's why you have to take exam once if not get selected so you have the last option to take direct admission in any of the college of your choice.
