To be eligible for a four-year BTech in CSE at Global Academy of Technology, the candidate must have passed class 12th with a minimum of 45% in a relevant stream from any recognised board. The Global Academy of Technology (GAT), Bangalore has a moderate placement record when it comes to certain courses offered such as the M.Sc.programe. The institution also has in placed a placement cell that organizes several co-curricular activities such as workshops, seminars and industrial visits in a bid to prepare the students for the professional job market. In general, the Global Academy of Technology publishes the cutoff lists for admissions following the results of the entrance examinations such as KCET, COMEDK, etc. KCET results were declared in June 2024, and shortly afterward the cutoff list were released. In addition, the cutoff lists for COMEDK are also out by stages once the counseling rounds have taken place, which is after the results of the exams have been announced.
