The GMCET result 2026 will be released tentatively in the first week of August 2026. The Global Media Education Council will declare the result on the official website: gmcet.org. The result will be declared merit-wise like (The all India Ranking). Aspirants will also be able to check their scorecard after the declaration of the GMCET result. To check their scorecard, they will have to log into the official website using their credentials - username and password generated during the time of registration.

There are total 100 questions in GMCET question paper. The paper is divided into 4 sections of 25 questions each.
The GMCET exam has questions from the topics given here.
- English language and IQ
- General knowledge of news and current affairs
- Entertainment media knowledge and Brands
- Brand communication basic knowledge
