GNSU Sasaram has a total of 150 seats for the MBBS programme. The seat allotment process is carried out based on NEET scores and as per the seat availability. The seat count mentioned here is as per the official website/sanctioning body. It is still subject to change and hence, is indicative. For admission to MBBS at GNSU, it is necessary that the aspirants fulfil the course-specific eligibility requirements. As per the official website, aspirants who have passed Class 12 with Physics, Chemistry, and Biology from a recognised board are eligible for admission. Apart from this, candidate must have a valid NEET score for selection. Further, at the time of form filling and admissions, aspirants should have the HSC and other educational certificates with them for verification purposes.

For eligibility, student should have passed Class 12 or equivalent in Science group (PCM/PCB/PCMB/DPharm) with a minimum of 45% aggregate.
