No, you cannot change your caste category once the RRB Group D exam application is submitted and finalized. The caste and community details are verified during the document verification stage, and any discrepancy can lead to disqualification. If you have made an error in your category, you must wait until the next recruitment cycle to apply with correct details. Candidates are advised to carefully check all information during the application process.
