Sorry, but chances are low because the cut-offs are high. There are 60 seats for Diploma in civil engineering. But the competition is too much. You can try for other colleges.

Dear Abdul, admission is based on centralized admission process conducted by Directorate of Technical Education, Maharastra. In case, your brother fails to clear the test, don't get disheartened. Try for admission in good private universities. They have different criteria for admissions. Some offer admission on the basis of their own tests and some offer direct admission on basis of class 10th marks.
