No, candidates are not allowed to carry a calculator or any other electronic gadget to the GPAT exam centre. The reporting time of the GPAT test center varies on year-on-year basis. As the exam will be conducted in two shifts, first one in the morning session from 9 am to 12 noon and the second from 2:30 pm to 5:30 pm, therefore, the reporting time will be mentioned on the GPAT admit card. It is mandatory for the candidates to be present at the test centre at the reporting time mentioned on their admit card.

No, even if you finish the GPAT entrance exam before time, you will not be allowed to leave the examination hall. Candidates will be allowed to leave the examination centre after completion of the designated 3 hours only.
