As per the official syllabus, there is no one specified book as such to prepare for the GPSC Ayurved medical officer exam, but, the following books can help you:-

1. GPSC Medical Officer Class-2 Recruitment exam book by Bc Rathod 

2. Ayurveda Sangraha with Objective book by Dr. Govind Pareek

Other than these, you can also use other resources, such as previous year papers, mock tests that are available on the official website of the exam conducting body.

GPSC class 1 2 exams are in Gujarati as well as English . Medium both, any graduate can appear for the exam. GPSC exams are conducted by the Gujarat Public Service Commission. GPSC conducts various recruitment examinations for Class I, II and III vacancies in the Gujarat State Administration. This exam is conducted in 2 mode Gujarati as well as in English . You can prepare in a better and systematic way if join classes for GPSC as it includes vast course and systematic approach to proceed.

Any candidate who has completed graduation and fulfils the age qualification of a minimum of 20 years and a maximum of 35 years is eligible to sit for the GPSC exam. There is no such 12 percentage criteria. Minimum 50 percentage will work. Just prepare for Mains, prelims and interview well. No matter how much you score in 12th.

Aggarwal and S. Hand. Geography of India by Arihant Publications. Gujarati Vishayvar Prashno General Gujarati by Jagadish Patel. The study material for GPSC preparation comprises GPSC Exam Books in Gujarati (State Board and reference books) Books in English . Current Affairs Kurukshetra Magazine, Yojana Magazine, The Hindu, Press Information Bureau (PIB).

No, it is not compulsory. GPSC exam for class 1 and 2is in both the mediums Gujarati and English, any graduate can appear for the exam. GPSC exams are conducted by the Gujarat Public Service Commission. GPSC conducts various recruitment examinations for Class I, II and III vacancies in the Gujarat State Administration. You can prepare in a better and systematic way if you join classes for GPSC as it includes vast course and systematic approach to proceed.
