If you are planning for US, getting into a top university with 301 score in GRE will be tough. A number of MS Regulatory Affairs programs are delivered online or hybrid and also on-campus, which do not require a GRE. You may check such programs for example Massachusetts College of Pharmacy and Health Sciences, John Hopkins University, Purdue University and Northeastern University.
