Generally a score more than 96% with good academics would fetch you a call. Yes they prefer experienced candidates.

PGDM at Great Lakes is only for students with maximum 24 months of experience as on 30 th June, 2016. I would you suggest you to confirm with their office.

Yes. apart from CAT they accept XAT CMAT AND GMAT

Getting a call depends upon lot of factors other than your score, like your overall profile, type of work ex or extracurricular activities. So it will be difficult for me to comment your chances.
As long as education loan is concern, there will be some contact numbers given in the offer letter itself
