For PGPM program, you need to have atleast 24 months of work experience till March 31, 2018, only then you can apply for this course. Since you don't have any work experience you can apply for PGDM program at Great Lakes.

Yes, we don't offer major or minor in HR. Although there is some HR course which is being taught.
