Yes, the course is compulsory residential course. There is no formal cutoff, the overall profile of the candidate is looked i.e 10th, 12th, degree, work-experience if any.

Since you have work experience more than 2 years you are not eligible for PGDM program. You should do PGPM program of Great Lakes, which is designed for candidates having more than 24 months of work experience.

There is no formal cutoff. Overall profile i.e your 10th standard marks, 12th, UG, work experince(in any) is considered will shortlisting the candidate.

Great Lakes, Chennai and K J Somaiya are equally good institutes. Great Lakes is ranked higher than KJSIMR. Some of the important points while selecting an institute - Accreditation of the institute, institute's infrastructure, teaching faculty, specialization offered, past placements records, tuition fees, city preference, and industry interface.
