To get admission for MBBS in government medical colleges, your score should not be less than 500 in general category. It seems difficult for you to get government college as per your said score, you should try for private colleges.

Yes, you may have a good chance to get admission in MSU, Vadodara with score of 120/200 marks in NATA exam 2019. Only candidates who have the following credentials shall be eligible for admission to B.Arch. Course.
I. Qualified through the recognised aptitude test in Architecture NATA or equivalent) in 2019
ii. Have gone through any of the following curriculum with marks as prescribed below:
(a) Secured 50% marks in physics, chemistry and mathematics and also, 50% marks in aggregate at 10+2 level examination.

B.Tech in information and communication technology from DA-IICT is better as it is ranked higher and also has better job opportunities. It will also ensure better work exposure as they have specialisation in a particular field. B.Tech in computer technology from nirma university is not bad but when you compare it with DA-IICT, the later is better option. If you are able to get an admission in DA-IICT you should definitely take there. Boarding facilities are also better there than nirma university. In nirma you will get a better faculty support. Recruiting companies are almost similar in both the colleges. It then depends on you what to
