The final AIR will be declared after April 2019 considering the best score out of the two JEE Main attempts for all the applicants, hence based on current percentile we cannot predict which all colleges you can get. Wait for the final AIR declaration

If you have already taken admission in a college in Gujarat and now wishes to transfer to this college in Maharashtra, it is impossible. However, if you are domicile of Gujrat, and now want to study in the college in Maharashtra, then you can apply against All India Quota. For this, you need to appear for any national level entrance exam and on the basis, if scores you can get admission.
