You can either apply through ACPC or JEE. It is your choice but keep in mind you can apply only through one of the two options given. Choose on which rank is better.

Well, Engineering is full time study course. You cannot do it through part time, because engineering is practical and theoretical both. So, it is necessary to be regular for that course on full time. You can do it as part time. And, as you have completed Diploma, you will get admission in 2nd year of B.Tech-full time degree directly. Thanks.

Under the other-state quota, candidates who are Indian citizens but not a native of Tamil Nadu can apply. Qualifying Exam and Marks: Candidates need to score a minimum of 50% aggregate marks in PCM taken together (40% in case of SC/ST candidates) in HSC or equivalent exam.

As you are interested in IP Main University. Then, you have to score rank in around 100-200. Because, all vacant seats get full in 200 only. There are no seats left for even management quota. So, prepare best for the common entrance test CET. Do your best, all the best.
