Do not worry about your JEE marks. First of all find what you are willing to do or which course you are willing to do. Search about your interesting course on internet and then find a true college for the same. AAA takes direct admission for commercial pilot license Entrants. You should although qualify on grounds of minimum required educational qualification.
The qualification required to pursue commercial pilot training is just 10+2 with 50% marks in PCM.
If you have this qualification than you can directly approach them and take admission.
As far as your EEE is concerned, it will only remain as an additional qualification. It has nothing to do with CPL Training.

First of all, you can't expect placement in New IIITs. New IIITs will not give you good industry exposure. It will take at least 10-15 years to get established. Better to go for old GFTI colleges rather than going in New IIITs.
