Gujarat Technological University is affiliated with more than 50 colleges, and the total number of seats offered by all the colleges and the university is around 6,251. No, candidates are not allowed to get admissions to MBA courses at Gujarat Technological University directly. The admission process to get enrol in the MBA course at GTU Ahmedabad is candidates must complete their bachelor's degree with a minimum of 50% (45% for reserved category candidates). Moreover, for the selection process, the university accepts relevant scores from the CMAT. However, management quota seats (50% of total approved seats of each institution, including fifteen percent (15%) Non-Resident Indian (NRI) seats) shall be filled by the Management of the respective affiliated ciollege/ Institution, on the basis of the inter

Admission process for the BBA course at Gujarat Technological University is merit-based, which is evaluated on the basis of candidates' scores in their Class 12. However, some of the colleges affiliated with GTU Ahmedabad do offer entrance-based admissions to the BBA course. The names of the entrance exams are UGAT, etc.

The eligibility requirement to get admission into the BBA at Gujarat Technological University is that candidates must complete Class 12/Diploma (10+3) with a minimum of 45% aggregate in the case of the General Category (40% aggregate in the case of the reserved category). Moreover, the admission process is based on merit. However, management quota seats (50% of total approved seats of each institution, including fifteen percent (15%) Non-Resident Indian (NRI) seats) shall be filled by the Management of the
respective affiliated ciollege/ Institution, on the basis of the inter-se merit list of the students.

Yes, Gujarat Technological University does offer BBA honors/ BBA honors with research courses for the duration of four years. Further, it is divided into eight semesters and offered in full-time mode. The basic eligibility requirement for admission to the BBA course is that candidates must complete their Class 12 from any stream with English, with a minimum aggregate of 45% (40% for reserved category candidates).

Gujarat Technological University (GTU) MBA placements—the highest package offered is around INR 7 to 10 Lacs per year (according to some unofficial data). For engineering courses, it is even more – up to INR 15 lakhs. It varies by course and by student skillset, although 2025 details aren't public yet.
