Hello Pritesh,
I am afraid, the eligibility for admission into M.Com stream is limited to the students who have completed their graduation in B.Com or BBA or equivalent streams of education, and engineering graduates are apparently not eligible to appear for M.Com. I think you need to think it over and then decide to do something different than m com. Here I would like to advise you to download the application form cum brochure of IGNOU the Distance Education University and go through its eligibility criteria for each of the course. The candidate should complete BSc second class with any branch of Biological Sciences/Home Science/Clinical Nutrition and Dietetics/Food Science and Nutrition/Dietetics from a recognized University.

Gujarat University admissions for a majority of courses are done on the basis of merit determined through candidates marks scored in the qualifying examination. Admission process of the varsity also requires candidates to appear for a counselling session after the merit list is released. As far as I know, there is no entrance test for this course.
