Gujarat University grants admission to MD/ MS courses through NEET PG scores followed by NEET PG Counselling. Gujarat University cutoff for NEET PG Round 1 seat allotment for top courses was 312 for MD in General Medicine 387 for MD in Radiology, 1628 for MD in Paediatrics, 1529 for MS in General Surgery for the General category candidates belonging to All India Quota.

The institute provides a wide range of architecture and interior design undergraduate and graduate courses. Merit-based admission to the SMAID is determined in addition to entrance exam results.
