Sorry to say, but you will not get any college on the basis of your NATA and JEE Mains paper 2 scores. The reasons are:
90+ marks are considered as NATA cutoff for various government colleges.
300+ marks are considered as JEE Mains paper 2 cutoff for NITs and government colleges.

Maharaja Agrasen Institute of Management Studies, Vivekananda Institute of Professional Studies, Madhu Bala Institute of Communication and Electronic Media, BLS Institute of Technology Management, Tecnia Institute of Advanced Studies are some of the colleges that provide mass communication course.

IP University is good, if you get into the main campus of GGSIPU, rest all are of same level. Main difference is that all of them are private. Whereas, DU colleges are all centrally owned. You can find good infrastructure of almost all DU colleges, rather better than IP being government.

If you are looking for good placement, then you should join LPU. LPU will let you have a good package. DU is also good but placement is not so good.
