Minimum Eligibility to Apply for M.Sc in Forensic Science from Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University is that candidate should have a pass mark of 50% in graduation with the mandatory course as B.Sc.

Yes, you can apply for BBA.
Eligibility:
Pass in 12th Class of 10+2 of CBSE or equivalent with a minimum of 50% marks in aggregate and must also have passed English (core or elective or functional) as a subject
Course details:
Bachelor of Business Administration in Banking and Insurance is three years full-time management program offered by Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University, Delhi and approved by UGC.

To state some of the benefits:
1. You will have a glimpse of commerce world so that you can further explore it.
2. You will be having a basic idea of accounts and business so it can arrange you a starting job, if required.
3. You will be eligible to many competitive exams as the ask for Bachelor degree.
As of now, I find only these benefits, so it will be highly advisable to pursue any professional course or go for masters, if you want to make a good career.

No, it is not possible to join B.Tech in biotechnology after completion of your Diploma course in ECE.
Eligibility criteria to get admission for pursuing B.Tech course, you should have passed Diploma in life sciences or biotechnology or 12th standard with PCB stream from a recognised board.
