No, Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University does not releases admission form twice, it might be possible that the admission form dates may be extended due to some technical issue.

To get admission in IPU, first you have to apply for the entrance exam. After clearing that exam, you have to appear for the counseling and then you can finally get the B.Com honors.

I'll prefer you to opt for the Apeejay School of Management, Dwarka as this is far better than the IP University, because in Apeejay School of Management, Dwarka you will find frameworks and practical hands-on experience of everything of MBA field.
