Firstly, you have to clear your compartment exam, then you are eligible for further admission process. If you are from general category, then you will not get admission in Delhi University colleges.
You can try in private colleges.

For 2019 admission, For B.A. (Hons.) in French, Spanish, German, Italian, a Total number of seats are 41 for each course. For M.A. in French, Hispanic (Spanish), Italian and German, the Total number of seats are23for each language course.

There is no entrance test for B.Com in DU. The admission process has already been completed. It began a month ago. All seats are occupied so you can't get into one.
