Candidates who wish to participate in the Haryana NEET counselling will have to register on the official website of the Pandit Bhagwat Dayal Sharma University of Health Sciences, Rohtak. However, those who have registered in the first round, need not register again and can directly log in for choice filling. The process to register for Haryana NEET counselling is given below:
Visit the official website of Haryana NEET counselling
Click on the 'New Registration' tab
Click on the Declaration checkbox and click on Continue
Enter NEET Roll Number and NEET Application Number
Click on Check NEET Details

Yes, it is mandatory to qualify for NEET to participate in the counselling process. Admission to all UG medical/dental courses in Haryana, vis-à-vis India, will be based on NEET results only. Even if candidates belong to the Management Quota or the NRI Quota, they must secure the minimum score in NEET as stated by NTA.

The Directorate of Medical Education & Research (DMER) Haryana is the conducting body for the Haryana NEET counselling. Hence, the official website of this state counselling is dmer.haryana.gov.in. For the UG counselling of Haryana NEET, the URL is uhsrugcounselling.com. The navigation which candidates have to follow to reach the portal for Haryana NEET UG counselling is as follows:

- Click on the text 'Click here for the Registration in MBBS/BDS course'

According the last year's seat matrix, there were as many as 1,870 seats for MBBS and around 100 seats for BDS that were offered to the candidates through Haryana NEET counselling for the Government colleges. As per the seat matrix released by DMER Haryana for the Haryana NEET counselling 2025, there were a total of 345 seats, including government and private institutes. DMER Haryana releases the seat matrix or the seat vacancy list separately for each round prior to the commencement of the registration process.
