In general, the institute reporting process of Haryana NEET counselling is conducted for three to four days for each round. DMER Haryana releases the seat matrix for Haryana NEET UG counselling before each round. Moreover, the course-wise counselling is conducted separately, and hence, the seat matrix for different course groups will be out at different durations of the Haryana NEET UG counselling 2025.  

No, the candidate will have to take the "upgraded" seat if they receive a better option and the seat that was previously assigned to them would be cancelled.
